IVA property restriction
Hi all,
I have just completed the valuation and attempt to remortgage that i was meant to in the final year. My mortgage applications have been rejected and i have had confirmation via email from my IP that the IVA will continue now for an additional 12 months.
My question is..is the restriction on my property now taken off or do i have to wait until the end of the IVA?
I have always been uncomfortable about the restriction and the sooner i can have it removed the better!

Hello xdaisyx, its a question for your IVA provider but I guess it would stay in place.Never make assumptions always ask questions>>>>>;)0
