    I have used Degiro to pick up some US shares. So far I'm happy with the service. Be nice to have share certificates but beats paying £30 a trade over at computershare..

    Have a look at Halifax.
    £2.00 to buy on a monthly basis and you can change/stop/change shares /amount at any time
    Sometimes only £3 to sell also.
    Have used for years.
    Also offer reinvest dividends for free
