Experian???????? How Do I Get It

plz help???!!!

I think somethings dodgy going on with my credit ratig, as im getting dodgy letters claiming i owe money to companes ive never heard of.

barclaycard claim i owe £4000! when ive never had an account with them

i need to know how i can get my credit history or experiean?

what is it?
where do i get it?
do i have to pay?

please advise

    You can get a free sample credit report from there...or buy a more detailed one.

    You can also obtain your Credit Report FREE, www.annualcreditreport.co.uk but will have to wait for about 3 days for a password by post.

    Be aware though, that a report from this organisation will ONLY contain that information which is reported to CallCredit*. ie you'll still need to order your Experian and Equifax reports separately.


    * Confirmed to me by 'annualcreditreport' in writing last month.
