According to LloydsTSB I was supposed to receive my car a week before it was due to expire. I know this because when I went to use my old card, it declined because it was out of date (unbeknown to me at the time).
I spoke to the bank and they said I should have received it by such and such a date- 7 days before the other was due to run out. They cancelled the new card because it was believed to be lost/stolen in the post. And it was, because it's never arrived.more dollar$ than sense0 -

That's a generous bank! :j"Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not; but remember that what you now have was once among the things you only hoped for."

Is it HSBC by any chance?
My HSBC credit card is due to expire at the end of August and I just received the replacement today (21st) so I'd give it a couple more days then maybe ring them to check it's nto been intercepted.0 -
