Npower switch
After several requests Npower continue to ignore me when I am asking for my final bill and refund MY money that they are sitting on! I switched to OVO 3 months ago, Npower got my last meter reading and they closed the account. BUT they still called me last week for a meter reading (not the final) because the caller didn't know the account was closed. Shambolic! What do I do next to get this lot to pay the amount I have overpaid?

If you've made a formal complaint, you can escalate it to the Energy Ombudsman if it isn't resolved after 8 weeks.0
