Your first post is confusing due to how it's written. Also, going by the other site, you should be careful about posting so much online.

How long have you been working for the company?

I can't see much point in you bringing this up on here when you have provided so much more information on the other forum and you're getting plenty of responses there.

but none of them say what i should be saying at the appeal that is what i want to be reassured with and why i posted here you do not need to sound negative with your reply but thanks for replying anyway.

In your other posts you mention taking legal advice? Did you? What did they say? Surely they can help with the appeal?

You may get more help if you posted an outline on here, save people going to another site and reading everything.

Have you had a meeting with your boss? They should tell you what you've done wrong. It's hard to appeal if you don't know. How can you have proof you didn't do anything wrong if you don't know what you're supposed to have done wrong.

I should add that I have limited knowledge on appeals. I also hadn't previously read the entire other thread.

It looks like you left the job for another (which you now left)?

You had a meeting but didn't sign anything? Although I can't view what the document(s) is(are).

The reason why people weren't helping with the appeal is because it wasn't clear how things were going to turn out. There was talk of redundancy.

So where do things stand now?

The comment made is quite legitimate. You have posted a lot of information on this site - including information which we cannot read unless we register! I cannot see why you cannot ask about the appeal on that site from the people who have already been advising you, but if you want help here, then please post the information we need to know here. I see no reason why we should be running around after you. And in all honesty, what I have read on the other thread doesn't make a lot of sense to me and I can't really work out what has happened or why it has happened.

the first time I heard anything was wrong 28.8.15 when a new department contacted me and said the deputy manager had put in a complaint about me but they didn't know what for when the store had just had a very good stock-take so i thought everything was on the up I told him the deputy manager was after everyone just furthering his own career he had been difficult with everyone and sacked over 10 staff. so on the bank holiday Monday 1.9.15 I saw a new area manager who I had only seen once before warned me I would be removed but with no reasons why so i was a nervous wreck wondering what it was all about till 4.9.15 and this was my removal meeting which gave no actual facts of misconduct or untrustworthy conduct just an email saying it I am guilty of nothing they have shown me no proof of anything well at the meeting he said know he didn't that I could carry on doing relief work mon-fri 9-5 for 5 years or as long as it took to find me a new permanent position but know he says the date is 16.10.15 so I sent a letter requesting reasons for the above and they had 7 days to respond as i was told to say that by aa legal. but next thing i hear is i have an appeal that is today I know roughly what I should be saying as my company have been messing me around for some time. my old site paid me 6.98 but removed me from there also in 2013 as it was quite a small site compared to the one i was removed from but I had to take a 10p hour pay cut and it was also nearly twice as far to travel but i had no choice but to go there and I have been getting more successful with each year I had been there. Then I also worked out that they were messing around with my holiday pay by deducting money and other unusual deductions and no reasons given in my contract or staff book. so i will also point that out today to payroll. so from what I know I have been unfairly treated for quite some time. The deputy manager has also removed one of my replacements already as the security gaurd spoke hardly any English. so know they are finding someone else. Hope this clears it up and you can add something else of some legal standing. thanks for your replies so far

Can you rewrite your post in bullet points please, or with some sort of punctuation?
