Eon warm home discount
I am in the process of switching to Eon and am looking at applying for the warm home discount. It asks for an electricity account number.
Is that the main account number or am I going to receive separate numbers for gas and electric as well as a main account number?
My switch should go through by the 6th Oct and I would like to apply asap.

Good morning slipthru,
It will kind of depend, most accounts are what we call OneBill, this means the gas and electricity have the same account number and one Direct Debit to pay both.
Some accounts will be separate though and the gas and electricity will have different account numbers and will be paid for separately.
But you won't have a main account number then a gas and electricity.
If you have an online account you can log in and your account number will show on the right hand side on the first page.
Or, you can email me your full name and address and I'll email it to you
details in my profile page.

I'd say to apply now as it can take a couple of weeks to process, the form and details are on our website.
