i am having a problem with my airprinter hp envy 4500 ever since I got fibre optic broadband now and again I can either use my computer or printer, if I use the printer I cannot access the internet I used to be able to use both at the same time and its driving me mad
anyone know the problem I have been trying all day to get it to work together

Delete/reset it and reinstall it as if it were a new one.
