Covea Insurance

Anyone any experience of using Covea for car policy cover? They appear to be the cheapest against all others for premiums, but how about paying out on claims?

They are apparently partly owned by Swintons insurance brokers!

Rather Swintons are partly owned by Covea. I've had industry experience of them and they're ok to deal with from a claims perspective.

That said, if it's car insurance, then you'll also be dealing with a broker - and that's potentially an entirely different story.....

My policy was with them through the RAC, I had a fault claim at the start of the year and it was dealt with reasonably efficiently, and without too much inconvenience to me.
