Can anybody help
My wife has saved every statement from the above Catalogue ranging from 1993 - 2011.
We are going to try and re-claim all the insurance paid.
But we are struggling to find the correct addresses to lodge a complaint.
has anyone attempted to re-claim against these 3 and what address did you use.

Grattan is still going - http://www.grattan.co.uk/

Kays and Great Universal where both GUS brands, now the Home Retail Group, but I think the catalogue businesses were sold to Shop Direct Group. Liability would lie with one of the two.

They weren't regulated at the time of sale. DOn't hold out any hope.

Thanks for your replies.
I know its a long shot with these catalogue companies but after making a quick search there has been some success. So its worth a try.
Its getting the complaints to the right address is my first task.
