Tesco Mobile - Contract/Phone Issues

Ive had a Tesco mobile pay monthly contract for almost 6 years. Finally July this year I decided to upgrade my phone and contract to a Samsung S6. A week after the phones arrival I noticed that when at home I was unable to receive or make calls and after investigation found out that a local O2 mast was down. The mast ended up being down for 6 weeks and as a result I had to move out of home and sleep on a friends sofa as a) my sister went in to early labour and both she and baby ended up in ICU as I needed to be contactable and get to the hospital I couldnt be at home, plus a lot of my work is done from home which meant I was unable to take calls resulting in lost business. The mast finally worked again and then went down again, its now been 3 week again without a phone connection. After numerous calls to tescos and complaints they have now informed me that they also think my new phone has a fault and that I had to send it to their repair centre. So I had to clear my data and again i am with out a phone whilst i sent it to them. I received a phone call today to say they wont look at my phone as it has a cracked back (this wasnt cracked when I sent it) and therefore needed to pay £162 for them to fix so they can look into see if my phone is faulty.... Im refusing to pay due to all of the previous issues and the fact that there was no crack when i sent it.....What do I do, tried calling customer services, but they keep hanging up, no one is responding to any of my previous complaints and im still having to pay £36 a month for a service I cant use and a broken phone.....any ideas on what i can do?
