Has anyone had any experience with handling Sony European customer service? It is the worst experience I have had to date. A brand new tv a few months old developed a fault. As it is "too expensive to repair" according to them they insist on sending out used "b" grade refurbished units as replacements. My replacement had…

It frustrates me what is wrong with these companies and poor customer service, something that should be simple to sort out. Why they are so poor. Customer service seems non existent these days and have no faith in their companies
