Is this Register entry ok?
we are about to make an offer and I followed the suggestion to get the Register from the Land Registry. However, as this is law speak and I'm not native English, I was wondering whether this is a normal register. I've blacked out all the names (of private persons):
Many thanks,
Andre

Yes - that is a normal register
What is it that you are unsure of?“Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of Land Registry. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"0 -
It is normal.
However, your conveyancer/solicitor should explain to you about the covenants in C Charges Register.
Basically it means the land shown in green on the Plan (have you got the Plan?) cannot be over-developed with new housing. Not more than 62.5 people can be housed in each acre (I assume that relates to number of bedrooms).
There is also a 2nd Transfer (legal agreement) dated 8 April 1982 with covenants (rights and/or responsibilities). To understand these, you will need to look at the Transfer itself - Again, you solicior will do this and explain, or you could buy the Transfer from the Land Registry (£7) and read it.0
