Lloyds TSB offering 500 airmiles..is it worth it? and can i reapply yet?

in Credit cards
i was using their card up until recently at 0%. it is now cancelled as it came to an end. i have a letter saying that i can get 500 airmiles. how much time should i allow to lapse before i reapply? is it worth it for the airmiles? thanks in advance.
