Tall freestanding Fridge Freezer

Hello again.
As usual everything seems to conk out at once. So after the vacuum saga comes my Fridge Freezer thread. I've already done some research - but reviews seem to vary quite a lot.
Anyway, my old fridge freezer has finally gone on the blink so I need to get a new one asap.
Old one had 90 net litres fridge capacity and 45 litres net freezer capacity (though obviously those numbers are a bit lower in actual reality).
I actually want one with more storage space - especially in the freezer. As I batch cook and found space was always a problem with a 2 shelf freezer + pizza shelf.
Not bothered how tall it is, but can't get one of those double door things due to space.
Should I go frost free? Or do they make too much noise?
So to summarise a fridge freezer with at least 100 litres fridge capacity and at least 65 litres freezer capacity.
Please let me know if you have something similar and are pleased with quality and performance. Thanks again.

Liebherr have a number of models with large freezer sections - they're not cheap but they are rated as a high quality brand.
Something like this - freezer has 121 net litres, fridge has 228 net litres.

They look alright. Though they are above my £500 absolutely max budget.
Frontrunner is this Bosch http://www.johnlewis.com/bosch-kgn34vw20g-no-frost-fridge-freezer-a-energy-rating-60cm-wide-white/p231614923 at the moment at £379.
Fridge net 186 litres Freezer net 94 litres. It's a bit annoying how you can't change the shelf positions - though it looks spacious enough so that might not be so necessary.Instigated terrorism the road to dictatorship.0 -
I have one of these:

It is a little over your budget. It is very efficient, though, and quiet.0 -
Try Ikea.Plenty of choice.0

Ahh, I should have said I'm gonna go with a 'frost free' one. I think the extra noise that they make is better than the inevitable ice (and water) build up.Instigated terrorism the road to dictatorship.0

What width have you got?0

I have only had one freezer that was not frost free and would never consider one that was not.
The freezer compartments do seem to be shrinking over the years , so we now have a 'seconds' upright freezer in the garage, where its dents and scratches don't matter.
In the kitchen is an Indesit smart fridge freezer, which actually came free, being a manufacturer's test machine. However, I think it may have been the one, I'd choose, if I bought one, as though the freezer looks smaller then on my last (Hotpoint) model,it is actually bigger, because the doors on both sections have quite deep shelves.0 -

I would have considered that one (as the extra space would have been great). But it says the freezer isn't frost free.
Unlike the smaller model http://ao.com/product/kgn34vw20g-bosch-serie-4-fridge-freezer-white-24924-28.aspx
Though that one says the fridge isn't frost free - It's auto-defrost, whatever that means.Instigated terrorism the road to dictatorship.0 -

Is your fridge compartment also frost free? The freezer compartments do seem to be shrinking over the years , so we now have a 'seconds' upright freezer in the garage,
