Travelex Supercard log in

I am one of the lucky ones to have gotten a Travelex Supercard, I didn't get in time for my June holiday but am off to Egypt shortly.
I set my account up and linked my bank account once I received the card and have just tried logging in today but just keep getting the message- "Looks like there is a problem with the details you provided, please try again". - I get the same message if I try a and reset the password, although I know I have the Password correct anyway.
Is there a way I can contact them- I can't see anything on their site- has anyone else had this issue- was it resolved?

Mine is the same. I have a Metrobank account now so have not got around to sorting it out. I'll wait here with you because It would make a good backup.

Just checking, when the computer asks for your account number, it's not the card number.
It's the 9-digit number below your name.0 -

I did tweet them and they were very quick. Problem all resolved now....er....I have two email addresses and.......0
