Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 7.00 p.m. on Sunday 25 October 2015.

Postal entries must be received by 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 29 October 2015.

The prize is time sensitive and the winner will be contacted on or after the close date and will be called in accordance with Clause 5.3 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

Up to 37 entries per phone number. Maximum 39 entries per person, per entry method (Postal/Text/Phone).

The winner must be a UK resident, aged 18 years or over.

Each call costs £1.50 plus your network access charge.

Text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Holiday to Universal Orlando Resort:

This element of the Prize consists of a holiday to Universal Orlando Resort for the winner and up to three (3) companions. The Prize includes:

return economy class flights from a selected UK international airport (to be confirmed by the Holiday Prize Provider at the time of booking) to Orlando International Airport, Florida (MCO) for the winner and up to three (3) companions;
non-exclusive return transfers between Orlando International Airport, Florida (MCO) and the hotel for the winner and up to three (3) companions;
seven (7) nights’ accommodation at the Hard Rock Hotel Orlando (or another onsite hotel as determined by the Holiday Prize Provider in their sole discretion) based on four (4) people sharing one (1) quadruple occupancy room on a room-only basis. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the on-site hotel for security deposit purposes. If the winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), the winner must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the on-site hotel;

3-Park Unlimited tickets for the winner and up to three (3) companions. These tickets allow access during normal operating hours to Universal Studios Florida Theme Park, Universal’s Islands of Adventure Theme Park, and Wet ‘n Wild Orlando Waterpark for the duration of the holiday; and

This element of the Prize is subject to availability and must be booked at least 60 days prior to departure. Travel must occur by 29 October 2016 or this element of the Prize will be forfeited. Blackout dates around peak periods of Christmas, New Year and Easter may apply. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to take the Prize on the relevant dates. Universal Studios’ standard venue terms and conditions apply to access to the Theme Parks and Waterpark and use of the tickets and passes and the Holiday Prize Provider may require the winner and their companions to sign a release. If the winner does not agree to these terms and conditions, they may be refused access to the parks or forfeit the holiday element of the Prize.

If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Prize with fewer than three (3) companions or no companion, the Prize will be awarded to the winner and each participating companion and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. Some CityWalk venues require twenty-one (21) years of age or older for entrance. Valid photo identification required.

Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, personal expenses, insurance (including but not limited to travel insurance), meals and drinks, unspecified ground transportation, car hire, excursions and attractions (other than those specified above), treatments, phone calls, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, fuel, visas, taxes, vaccinations etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of winner. The Prize excludes ground transport between the UK airport and the winner’s (and/or their companions’) home address.

Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Holiday Prize Provider. All Prize elements must be redeemed at the same time. The winner and their companions must travel at the same time and must depart from the same city.

Where any of the winner’s companions are aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parent or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the Prize. Travel companions who are aged under eighteen (18), if any, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip.

It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party and adhere to the relevant visa entry requirements, (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Holiday Prize Provider.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companions adhere to the visa entry requirements to USA. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in USA including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 21 years or over.
