Adding a second hard drive

I have added a second hard drive to my pc and would like to know how to change the order of starting up so that my original hard drive (c) starts up first ,do I have to change the letter of the second hard drive if so how do I do it
I am running Windows 7 and my motherboard is an

in the book supplied with your motherboard , or readable online, use the correct key to enter bios , and then change the boot order , save and restart0

It's automatic when you change the boot order in the bios.
Note: If your OS is installed on the original first drive then the system will not be able to boot until you have an OS on the new first drive.0 -

No, because the EFI BIOS does not look at drive letters to determine the device ID. Each drive has an individual UUID (A universally unique identifier) that is nothing to do with the drive letter name, think of car number plates.Science isn't exact, it's only confidence within limits.0
