Pay as you go Contents Insurance

Hi there,
I am privately renting from a housing association and one of their recommended insurers have sent me through some literature on pay as you go contents insurance.
My question is, is this as good as the regular insurance? I'm not sure how long I'm intending to stay in the property so pay as you go does appeal to me but it seems rediculously cheap compared to other methods of payment and I'm a bit wary that I'm not getting full/good cover. I've read the inclusions/exclusions and it all seems in order just very cheap!
Can anyone help/advise?
Thanks.

Hi,
It's been sent by the Oriel Group but says the policy is underwritten by Allianz Cornhill plc.
Does that help? Thanks.0 -

Allianz Cornhill plc - http://www.allianzcornhill.co.uk/ large insurers.
Add it up over 12 months is it still ridculously cheap compared to other insurers?
I recently renewed contents insurance and the quote I found was about £60 cheaper than elsewhere but is still with a large insurer.I'm not cynical I'm realistic
