POPLA registration?

Sorry, quick one:

Reading a similar case to mine (Brendan Hale's "Parking Eye PCN" thread - can't link as I can't post links sorry).

On it, there is much to admire (& crib) but crucially, Red X (I think) says words to the effect:

"register the POPLA code asap..."

I haven't done that so far, (I'm sure I read a Parking Cowboy [?] entry explaining new POPLA that says you can't save a draft so have to do it all in one go?

Anyway, I was saving registering / entering the code until after I have the full draft?

So..do I register it and go back in to fill it out?

Thanks.

  • Also, do I get an "evidence pack" from Parking Eye which I now have to study / refute etc?

Or is that after registration at POPLA (i.e. them, 'putting their case')?

Please keep all this on your original thread - PM Crabman's (forum guide) to merge with your original.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
