That's rather strange actually! You see referral earnings on your history - can you sort of make a reconciliation to see how much you earn from them and then show them the total and compare?
I have one referral who hasn't answered any survey over the last 2 weeks I think so I didn't have any issue.ally.0 -
I would be there all day lol as there are 831 pages in total in my account.
I'm also concerned that if this does get sorted out now, whose to say that my account won't decrease in the future again.
I think my only option is to wait and see what they have to say and if I'm not happy, I'll just close my account. Maybe open another in the future but if I do, I certainly won't be trying to get any referrals0 -
