I deactivated my Commission Junction account in 2009. Do they charge an inactivity fee? I am sure I asked the question in 2009 and they said no.
I have read this: http://www.patrickokeefe.com/2009/02/05/commission-junctions-10-monthly-inactivity-fee-for-publishers/
I tried emailing them but they do not reply.

I read somewhere that I think they may charge you £7.50 inactivity fee, but I can't remember where it was, I was pretty shocked at reading it though, they could mention that when you sign up! or its probably in the small print, I just didn't have time (or patience) to read it fully!0
