Wifi without a phone line - student problems

Hi there My daughter has just moved into her student accommodation. Unfortunately she and no one else has wi fi. Is there any way we can get wi fi without having a phone line? thanks

I remember about 20 years ago - paying £30 per month for 50Mb data - so £15 for 4Gb is not so bad !!
This was a 64Kb/s ISDN line !
