I can seem to see a submit button, did this work for anyone else ?

If you press tab then you get to the submit button

Submit button is available when you use Google Chrome , couldnt see it with Firefox.

I had to miniaturise the form to get the submit button to show, then I couldn't see what the tick boxes said, but on the bright side I did get it to submit.
