Portland Holidays Website query

Hi
Just wondering if anyone has experienced the following behaviour on the Portland Holidays website?
There is currently a code if you phone up to get £100 off £1000 as long as you book before 31st August. I checked if the hotel/flight was available online, which it was, then phoned up and was told there was nothing available on these dates. This was about a week ago and since then I've tried online again and the hotel/flights are still available!? Anybody else experienced this with Portland?
