  • About the post that says a notice to quit can't unilaterally be withdrawn....

Upon reflection, if, for example, I wanted to definitely leave on the 1st November and my contract says two months' notice then I submitted my notice in good time. However, as legally I only need to give one month's notice then I am withdrawing it before it legally stands anyway.... right???

A vision without a plan is just a dream.

    No.

Notice of at least 1 month.

    There's a minimum time, not a maximum.

Members (like guest 101)stating it is a months notice are what cause this sort of confusion.
I said, it is "at least" a month etc etc.
