Hi,
I am pretty sure pre 2001, I had been sold PPI without my knowledge. I had tried to write to them but was told no record, this was last year.
Any idea who to write to you to claim? It was with GE CAPITAL.

Your complaint is against the seller, not the lender.
However, if they have no record and you have no record,. you cannot prove it ever existed and you have no case.
Even if you had, this predate even voluntary regulation of general insurance selling.0 -
Pre 2001 GE Capital weren't regulated.
