Recommendations for budget handycam ?

Can anyone recommend a budget handycam, around £150 or £200? I need to film fashion events, some of them are in venue with low lighting. I got this one below but the last event I had to throw most footage away because it was all blurry and lacked focus

Decent cameras cost money, especially for low lighting.

Science isn't exact, it's only confidence within limits.
