Unable to correct incorrect address on report

Hi all,
I have a Nationwide bank account which shows up on both my Callcredit and Equifax reports with an incorrect address. I have contacted Nationwide and they have assured me multiple times that my address on file is correct, both registered address and correspondence. The address on mail from them is correct, as is the address on my statements.
I've contacted Callcredit through Noddle and been told that the address shown is nothing to do with them and they can't help.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do from here? The only resolution I can see is to close the account.

I would suggest contacting Callcredit directly rather than Noddle. I know Noddle is free but personally I would rather pay £2 to see the statutory report from Callcredit itself just in case it is a bit different to Noddle. Also contact Equifax directly too. Have you checked Experian ? I have recently had issues with them regarding my address but it is hopefully being sorted out now. I am guessing you live in a flat. I think some systems are not set up to handle flat addresses and it can cause so many problems.0

Hi, thanks for the reply.
Noddle/Clearscore seem to be literally nothing more than a front-end, when I have raised disputes I've been put in contact with Callcredit/Equifax directly to handle the issue.
I've not checked my Experian as I used up my free trial some time ago!
It is indeed a flat, it's just very odd that:
A) The details are definitely correct on Nationwides records. All of the other addresses on my reports correctly show my address.
C) The mistake is the same on both reports.
Thanks for your time.0
