RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.classicfm.com/about-classic-fm/competition-terms-conditions/#CsGtBvE7imIkGBwB.97 (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to Hamlet at the Barbican with Sky Arts radio competition (the “Competition") which will run Monday 28/09/15 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with their answer to 61812 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
2. Entrants will be asked to text in the missing word from the famous Hamlet quote read out on air. The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries received and one person will be brought to air and awarded the prize.

Eligibility:

1. Winner must be 18 years or older.
2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
3. The winner must be available to attend the show on Saturday 3rd October.

Prize:

1. There are 4 prize packages to be won throughout the day. Four winners will be allocated one Prize each. Each Prize includes the following:

• Return train travel from UK Mainland stations to London
• Return transfers from the station of arrival to hotel
• 2 x adult tickets to Hamlet at the Barbican on Saturday 3rd October
• 1 nights’ accommodation at a The Montcalm At Brewery London City on Saturday 3rd October
• Breakfast included

The Prize will be subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below)

1. The following terms shall apply to the Prize (the “Prize Conditions”):

a) There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
b) Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.
c) Train travel available from UK Mainland stations to London
d) Room booking based on 2 adults sharing 1 double room
e) A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel
f) Prize is subject to availability
g) Prize trip is valid for set travel dates of 3rd to 4th October 2015
h) All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time
i) Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended
j) Winner must be aged 18 or over
k) The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks (other than those specified), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas travel insurance and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.
