Get the application form from your local station. All you need is the college stamp, a signature from your tutor and a photo (of yourself, not your tutor). You can also get it at https://www.youngpersons-railcard.co.uk

Mine Arrived today, I was very impressed as I only sent off for it last week. It's valid until the 27th August 2005.
