Dear everyone who has posted regarding Replennage ...
I am yet another person who is in the throes of trying to get my money back.
I have received nothing from this firm.
I ordered the trial on the 25th March and on the 29th March I noticed they had taken the postage out of my account, they also charged me the extra £1.50 for speed, which I did not request.
I waited for the trial and nothing arrived.
On the 12th April 2016 I noted that £84.95 from my account had been taken.
I rang the contact no number which according to the site was an UK no but on ringing it I found out it was in the USA, after waiting and then talking to them for 50 mins !
They said they had no link to my email address or post code.
I emailed them and got the same reply - no link to my e mail address.
Rang this morning - and as if by magic my ' account' was on another 'system' and it was all quoted correct and also they had' tracked' the order as delivered to my address. !
I have one more time emailed them and requested a refund.
I was really terrified they would go back into my account again so have cancelled my debt card.
This firm should be brought to account for the heartache they are giving to people, by the looks of it, it is not only the elderly who are suffering at this companies underhand activities.
Who can we go to stop them in their tracks? this is going back to 2014 according to the posts on here. Something must be done ! I will update as and when.

I got got by a similar one last year, I agree, it is a scam, as the t & c are very hard to see . It's the same company as the raspberry ketones scam, they change the names of the products regularly,but it's the same. It's been featured on watchdog.

Surely there must be something we can do if we gather together and complain to a body who cares... please anyone out there, help lets stop these people from continuing to rob the public of our money - any ideas where we should go or what should we do ?

£630 taken from my account under different names FACECREAM RENEWCREAM, SKINCREAM RESTORECREAM, ANTIAGEING FACECARE , REVITA VITAGENE, HY SKINCARE. Would love direct company contact details if anyone has them as I am reporting to police. I did cancel by email but received no reply, however they have continued to take money. Apart from 1st “free” pot which brought my skin out in a rash I have received nothing.I would not have used it anyway but this is not just a scam it is theft! Phoned the company and they cant find my account (although they have taken these payments) An employee called Michael G Employee ID 106883 refused to give me the company address and hung up when I tried to insist. 2nd employee called George Andrew ID 2042736 said they were experiencing "technical difficulties" I have already reported this to my bank. Have changed my card (all numbers changed not just a few to avoid use of new details) Beware of free cream trials
