NPOWER!!!! found charges today after viewing my bill

hi hope you guys can point me in the right direction.... i admit i didnt really check my online bills but today i had to phone npower as my meter was showing a fault...on hold for around 10 mins while they thought of a lie so i thought id looky through my bill to my horror ive found charges for " third party telephone " £10.50 each and £23.50 for agent visit! ive never had anybody to my house or call me (they dont have my contact number) what can i do?:mad::mad: theres lots of these charges too :eek:

    you would of had an edm1 letter 14 after bill date, edm2 letter, then a DL4 rights of entry, then the 10.50 is where you were passed to a field call dca like BCW, the £23.50 is where a pre- disconnection visit would take place likely a letter pushed through. Ask them they will tell you the dates.
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
