You need to read the contract very carefully. There might be an option to terminate the contract if she drops out,

Why is it unreasonable? If it was a contract for 100 years I might be inclined to agree, but 12 month contracts that you are stuck with are perfectly normal.
Should I be allowed to terminate my Sky contract within the 12 month minimum term? What if I find them an alternative customer?0
