I don't post very often but just wanted to warn everyone, it is MIGHTILY difficult to get a refund from this crew. They hide behind obscure terms and conditions and a need, in this technical age, to send a letter to their HQ to get your money back for unused tickets. Very unhappy and over a hundred pounds out of pocket.
If you have a choice, in my opinion, use any other company but this one.

don't use them since they started charging booking fees except when using clubcard points exchange, though i'd guess most companies selling rail tickets have similar t&c nobody reads.
also found others selling the exact same tickets cheaper on occasions,
rsh used to be good but gone down hill fast in the last couple of years.0 -

Just out of interest what were the obscure terms and conditions that they hid behind preventing you from getting money back for unused tickets?"If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools"

Or are you just pointing out that there are some terms and conditions that you hadn't previously read?
Are you actually entitled to a refund on your tickets or are they offering a goodwill gesture?0
