I've got a friend who has recently been diagnosed with a brain tumour he is now in receipt of PIP his boilers around 15 years old and is now broke he still goes out to work everyday so doesn't get income related benefits. He has an IVA so cannot get credit anywhere is there anybody or anything out there that can help him replace his boiler the extra stress on top of his condition is no good for him.

Is he in receipt of working tax credits? What is his annual salary?
He should check if he can get a cheap boiler subsidised by bill payers
