Resolver/Nails Inc.

I had a problem with Nails Inc. Had bought a loyalty card and couldn't use the service as they shut the branch without telling me. I was getting no sensible answers from Nails Inc so involved Resolver. The case is now sorted and I got a refund (though sadly not a free product as a way of apologising for the delay which I was promised on the phone :-( )
I cant be sure it was the involvement of Resolver that produced the result as Nails Inc did not reply through them as they'd been asked to do but if not it was a mighty coincidence that I suddenly stared getting communication from Nails Inc.
I would recommend the use of the Resolver service. It was easy to use and handing it on to someone else removes some of the stress of sorting these kind of things out.
