vent and advice - Abel & Cole

I tried a veg box from these suppliers a good few months ago. When I didn't order again the company employees called me daily. I would also get text messages. I blocked the number from calls and texts so no problem.

I downloaded a contacts app which seemed to override my settings which saw the calls and texts start again. I answered the call at one point to express my annoyance at the daily contact. No apology or take me off the contact list etc but just hung up silently.

Annoyed I emailed a complaint. I was told I would be taken off the contact list. No more calls or emails but leaflets are now coming through the door.

Is there anything I can do about this mail just out of principle?

Someone already has done that. There's a whole comment section on facebook going strong about them bothering people.

Thanks for taking the time to reply :)

It is probably fair to say that someone else posting on social media is unlikely to reduce your junk mail. ;)

Is it. Thank you for replying.
  • Their product is expensive and I kept on getting strange types of veg I didn't like so stopped using them. Yes, they kept on, and on, but on the positive side the leaflets help the recycling industry.
