Balance transfer (swap card balances)

I have a barclaycard with £2100 balance but £4000 limit.
I have a HSBC credit card with £3000 balance and £7000 limit.
Both have 0% offers on BT for me at the moment. If I transfer the Barc balance to HSBC and then transfer the HSBC balance over, will it be the interest payable portion that is transferred?
Is there possibly an easier way or something I am missing?
