Spotted at Preston Railway station on various boards dotted around the place ..

Now you would think by now that such a reputable, well respected member of that upstanding ATA the BPA :rotfl: would know the rules in their Code of Practice by now wouldn't you ..... but they thought the word was so good they used it twice :jand had it printed !!

Not just Preston, most of the Virgin Trains (West Coast) managed stations have similarly worded signs.
NCP are probably getting around the usual restrictions on the "F" and "P" words by claiming they operate underneath railway bylaws0 -

in that case they (NCP) cannot "fine" you , this would have to be done in a court , after a summons was issued for a bylaw offence.
NCP , are saying "give us" £100 and we will not report you0 -
Let's be honest, parking your car upside down - while it's entirely possibly in breach of these fake terms and conditions - I think if you ever managed to do that you'd have slightly bigger problems on your plate!0

Good news guys .. the BPA got NCP to audit the NCP site in question and they couldn't find any signs bearing the word 'fine' or 'illegal'.
That's alright then ... thank goodness for that....0
