How to change password on user account?

Hello
I set up a password on my Admin Windows 7 User account on my Dell Optiplex 3020.
HOwever, now when I try to remove it by going to control panel, user accounts I get a message saying "Windows can not remove the password. Password and/or account policies require the account to have a password."
Please can someone help.

If you do start -> cmd then type
control.exe /name Microsoft.UserAccounts
what do you see?0 -
I get a black box, then make changes to user account.0
