My mom gave me a Maybelline Water Shine lipgloss for my birthday in June. It's one of those ones in the clear bottle with the dipstick applicator wand. I save it and took it on my holiday last month. When I went to use it the dipstick had no applicator on. I managed to get the stopper out and use the product with a lipbrush. On my return home I rang Maybelline's Customer Service number to let them know of the fault. They were really nice and apologised and said they would send me vouchers so I could get something else. The next day I got £8 in L'oreal vouchers. When I told mom she said the product had only cost her a couple of quid from Ethel Austin in the first place! Well done Maybelline I am impressed by your CS.
