May not be rust as such - I've been putting together some wardrobe carcasses which has included pinning the backs on. By the time I've done a fair few nails my fingers end up with black on them which is either metal dust or possibly some oil from the production process. I suspect that may well be what is running off the nails rather than them starting to rust that quickly.Adventure before Dementia!0
