Dental treatment whilst on mat leave

Hello, im on mat leave as i have a 14 week old son. Im currently having alot of dental work done, root canal fillings etc, but i was wondering in crowns and bridges were also free to me. I would appreciate some help, ive searched about dental tretment, but it just says nhs dental treatments free to me, but dosent say any exemptions ? can anyone help please
