Recovering Windows Live Mail

Why is it that ever since I reverted to Win 7 from 10 when I open Window Live Mail it says "Recovering the Windows Live Mail Database" the after a long while it open?

How do I correct this?

What do you mean?- I am sure you know I am opening Windows live mail

I want to stop "Recovering the Windows Live Mail Database"notice and just opening it as before

Was this a roll back or a clean image install or even a full clean install .

Google is usually best for those sort of error questions .

I would think it obviously I needed some help not clever comments.
