First Direct Switch only paid £100

Not sure why but only been credited £100 for a swich to First Direct?
The original switch payment stated was £125 and still states this on their web site (I didnt switch through the £150 link offer).

if you dont get the money you want, complain again about the person handling the call.
they will pay up.

Are you sure you applied on the correct webpage which showed the £125 offer – did you print it out or take a screen shot.

In my experience FD are good at tracking whether you are eligible for a £100/£125£150 payment – as they know what was available until when. But its possible they made a mistake.

Well I've phoned up and they say they will look into and come back to me in 7 days.
Have to say not been greatly impressed considering first direct top service ratings. Endured a very long account opening and complicated internet registration process.
Web site clearly states £125 and this was also confirmed on switching call.
