Be warned, CEC is advertising Green Star Energy Unlimited Tariff 12mth 1209 to all for £1.53363 for gas and £1.46192 for electricity per day (probably different by region). "Unlimited" is misleading though, it is not all you can eat as there is a consumption range that you have to fall into and CEC is quoting for users who are outside those parameters.

have a standard consumption between 10500 and 16500 kWh for gas and between 2200 and 4200 kWh for electricity.

I don't really understand this tariff, or perhaps Green Star are still working on it.

According to their website:

Price is dependent on region, £86 per month is based on East Midlands region.

Yet when I have checked a couple of different postcodes in the East Midland supply region, and ensuring usages are within the currently permitted range, I keep getting:
