Santander and Mbna

An intersting one for the experts. I had an old alliance and leicester credit card that ran from 1999 to 2003, it was then taken over by Mbna until 2004 when i paid it off. As santander took over alliance and leicester, they have upheld my complaint and paid me out for the period 1999 to 2003, tyey told me then to contact mbna. have spoken with Mbna and I think they will refuse my complaint, even though the same credit card ran from 1999 to 2004 but was looked after by the different companies. I hope you get my drift. Are there any precedents for this situation
