So you have no food in the cupboards nor any savings ?

For the food part there's food banks, use Google to find your nearest 1.

Got anything to sell to get the electric ?

Can the babies father not help ?
  • Why do you need a no credit check loan? Any of the main short term loans lenders should be worth a try - stick to well known names and be absolutely clear on payday date, this is from someone with a history that includes a dro and low income for full time - no lie I was still accepted so don't despair until everywhere has turned you down, could your child's other side help? Could you delay paying some bills as alternative? Approach the council? xx

There's no such thing as a no credit check loan. Stay way from pay day loans as they are a recipe for disaster. How much do you need to scrape by on, for food and electric until you get paid? Can you pawn something or borrow from a friend? Or ask your bank for an overdraft? Look at local food banks?
  • Hiya babys father cant help I have contacted food bamk that is local to me but they are currently busy and sais can take up to three days! I only received one payment before them telling me im changing to monthly so tried my best to stock up but theres only so much a small amount of money can do
I dont have anything that is worth pawning at all my phone is one of the cheapest you cam get, tv isn't worth anything I dont have any other electronics as I dont get a brilliant wage I dont buy luxuries

Ive applied for loans online around four in total now and been declined on each one

Can you not ask parents or Friends if they can loan you a little bit of money for some food and electric until you get paid?
  • When Companies switch from weekly to monthly pay a notice period should be given that enables its staff to factor in a delay with money coming in, If they have only given you a very short notice period it is not on and I would be insisting that they help.

Don't the local church help out with food in this situation ?

Didn't realise there was a waiting list for the food bank.

When is it you get paid ?

    Where abouts are you ?

I think the thing with food banks is that they are being used all to often now and are very stretched with who and when they can offer assistance to, They also require certain proof to which for some maybe difficult to give or something they may not want to show.

Would the food banks be mainly run by the churches anyway !

Years ago the government used to do something called a crisis loan. I only vaguely remember getting one when I needed it, but can't remember the exact circumstances.

I know that doesn't sound very helpful, but maybe if you pop to your local job centre and ask them if they have any details of whether you may qualify for that if it even still exists.
