Defaulted account but AP markers?

Hi, I have an account with Northern Rock that was defaulted in 2008 after they refused to accept my DMP. After they defaulted it they obtained a CCJ and then a charging order on my property. Despite the account having been formally defaulted this has never been reported on my credit file and instead it is marked as "arrangement to pay" (i am making small monthly payments toward this). As stated my DMP started in 2008 so all of my other defaults etc will fall of my credit file in the next few months (well most have already actually there is just one or two left to come off later this year) but at the current time the NR account will remain. I reported this via noddle as I believe the information recorded by NR is wrong but they communicated that it was correct so far as they were concerned and so nothing has changed. Am I right in thinking that the Default SHOULD have been recorded and that I can complain to NR in order that this information is correctly recorded? If they have recorded the default correctly then this would mean that this account would have been removed from my credit file in 2014... thanks for any help
